Botanical Horticulturalist

About the position

RBG Kew's Living Collection is arguably the most diverse plant collection in cultivation in the world. These roles, working as part of the Arboretum team, involves working within Kew's Temperate collections. This position covers a wide range of areas within the Temperate Arboretum Section, including, the Cottage Grounds, our Deutzia and Ribes collections and Lily Pond. The successful applicant will have an eye for detail, pride in their work and a passion for plants.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of the Temperate collections including the Cottage Grounds, Deutzia and Ribes collections, and Lily Pond.
• Work as part of the Arboretum team to ensure the living collections are preserved and presented effectively.
• Contribute to the overall mission of RBG Kew to understand and protect plants and fungi.
