About The Position

Based in the Boston Seaport location, the Assistant Studio Manager will report to the Studio Manager. You will be responsible for executing Studio operations while providing an amazing experience to Studs' clients. The role requires a commitment to fostering a positive team environment and ensuring that all operational aspects of the studio run smoothly. You will be expected to maintain an active presence on the sales floor, engage with clients, and drive results through effective team management and operational oversight. This position is crucial in supporting the Studio Manager and ensuring that the studio meets its sales and operational goals.
