About The Position
Palm Beach Tan is seeking bright, passionate, and fun individuals to join their team in the tanning and wellness industry. This position involves a required 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics and offers significant opportunities for career growth. Immediate positions are available.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively motivate others
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities
- This position has a required 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics
- Maintain store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees
- Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers
- Meet self-performance metrics and help develop employees to meet their metrics
- Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales
- Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements
- Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance
- Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean, stocked, and organized
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues
