The Borough Operations unit oversees efficient delivery of city services across the Bronx, manages constituent concerns, liaises with city agencies, and supports policy initiatives as directed by the Bronx Borough President. The unit also organizes community forums, town halls, and public meetings as needed. The Borough Operations Coordinator will report to the Director of Borough Operations and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative, operational, and community engagement activities within the borough. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and dedicated to enhancing government responsiveness at the borough level.
