  • Experience with inventory control and technician oversight
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and meet company Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) requirements.
  • Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a pre-employment background check, physical exam, and drug screening.
  • Strong sense of accountability and dependability
  • Adaptability to changing work conditions and schedules
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Ethical, team-oriented, and proactive problem-solver
  • Excellent communication skills—written and verbal
  • Ability to work under pressure while staying focused and organized
  • This role is hands-on and requires physical stamina.
  • Expect regular standing, walking, sitting, and lifting to 50 lbs occasionally.
  • PPE use is required in shop areas, and work conditions may include loud noise and variable temperatures.

  • Record and submit pressure test data, verify documentation accuracy
  • Troubleshoot hydraulic systems, valves, and BOPs, in both shop and field environments
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment and reinforce safety/QMS standards
  • Train and mentor newer technicians on best practices and documentation
  • Monitor inventory and help request critical parts and supplies
  • Serve as after-hours contact for field support as part of an on-call rotation
  • Participate in safety meetings, audits, and lead in the manager’s absence
