About The Position

Helps administer all aspects of the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Health (OASH) Community-based Perinatal Health Initiative (COPHI) grant that funds the Bootheel Perinatal Network (BPN). BPN’s purpose is to integrate clinical-community integrated care coordination into perinatal systems of care in the Missouri Bootheel. The Project Coordinator must be flexible and adaptable, assisting with workgroup meetings, project implementation and other duties that may arise out of the project’s cooperative agreement with HRSA, This individual helps ensure data collection measures are in place and project requirements are met, participating in all HRSA-required activities, outreach, calls, meetings, and serving as a key contact to OASH grant officials.

Requirements

  • Will ONLY consider candidates from the following states: MO, IL, TN, or AR.
  • High School diploma or GED- required
  • Must be able to set up a home office and meet the SFMC telecommuting expectations for remote working

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's degree in related field- preferred
  • One (1) or more years of experience in healthcare setting or working with non-profit organization- preferred.
  • One (1) or more years working with non-profit organizations in Southeast Missouri- preferred
