About The Position

This Boot fitter position is a full-time seasonal position and is located in our premier full-service ski shop at 355 Main Street in Park City, Utah. At Gorsuch we offer custom ski boots, the most cutting-edge boot fitting technology available on the market. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced boot fitter to provide exceptional boot fitting services, including custom footbed fabrication, boot shell modifications, liner modifications and stance alignment. You will use a state-of-the-art 3D-scanner to obtain images and precise measurements of customer’s foot and lower leg to determine the optimal fit. Qualified candidates must demonstrate a high level of Snowsports industry product knowledge and have a passion for the industry. Previous boot fitting experience and retail sales experience required. Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• Previous experience in ski shop and boot fitting required.
• High level of Snowsports industry product knowledge.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Enjoy working in a team setting and helping other departments when needed.
• Experience with POS and Rental Reservations software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage and connect with our customers by providing the best service.
• Prepare customer footbed fabrication, boot shell and liner modifications.
• Utilize a state of the art, 3D scanner to obtain images and precise measurement of customer’s foot and lower leg to determine the optimal fit.
• Adhere to all health and safety procedures.
• Maintain shop and adhere to all shop keeping procedures.
