About The Position

The Boost Cafe Server is responsible for providing the highest quality of service to guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner. The individual is also responsible for receiving and delivering guests orders, making healthy drinks as per the recipes, and providing overall positive experience to the guests. Essential Functions Must adhere to the company’s Service culture – 4 Keys to creating guests for life. Must actively participate in team member referral program and be a Talent Ambassador for Silverado Resort. Must participate in all resort required meetings and trainings. Must have a thorough knowledge of the Boost Café Menu and be able to make various health drinks, smoothies, and smoothies bowls. Participate in all resort required meetings and trainings. Be familiar with the organization of the Spa. Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Silverado Resort Standards, as required by scheduling, which will vary according to the needs of the resort. Comply with Silverado Resort Standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient resort operations. Must be able to understand and apply complex information, data, etc. from various sources to meet appropriate objectives. Maintain a friendly and warm demeanor at all times. Employees must be attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests, managers and fellow employees at all times. Have a thorough knowledge of the drink and food menu at the Spa. Service guests with all food and beverage requirements in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner. Be familiar with the operation of the P.O.S system. Perform cashiering functions by closing checks and preparing end of shift paperwork. Perform opening and closing procedures and side-work duties according to established checklist. Ensure that working area is clean and organized. Answer the telephone according to standards. Consistently upsell food, beverage, and promotional items to guests. Ensure overall guest satisfaction. Abide by all resort policies and safety rules. Perform other duties as requested by management.

Requirements

  • In compliance with California laws, Responsible Beverage Service and Food Handlers Certification are required.
