• Identify key titles and communicate with the team to tailor merchandise selection.
• Maintain store cleanliness and create enticing displays.
• Assist with events and community outreach efforts.
• Adhere to company processes to protect assets and control shrinkage.

• Perform physical activities on the selling floor and in the café as needed.
