Our Bookkeepers strive to meet and exceed client needs and expectations. The Bookkeeping Specialist is a vital member of Zirtual. As the main point of contact for clients, the Bookkeeping Specialist works independently while receiving support from an assigned Account Supervisor. The Account Supervisor assists with client relationships, plan modifications, questions, and provides feedback on quality, delegation, and overall performance. As a Bookkeeping Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing the financial health of client businesses. You will oversee day-to-day financial transactions, ensure accurate recordkeeping, and provide timely reporting. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Assistants are expected to be available for clients during business hours as agreed upon with each client but around-the-clock availability is not expected. Virtual Assistants send weekly usage reports, respond to all communication within a two-hour response window, maintain detailed and up-to-date client profiles, and follow Zirtual's best practices for success.
