About The Position

P/T Bookkeeper Approximately 10-15 hours weekly, maybe more Duties will include: Transaction recording of daily debits, credits, and transactions to the general ledger Reconcile bank accounts Managing accounts payable/receivables, invoices and sales General monthly financial reporting (P&Ls, Balance Sheets, etc.)

Requirements

  • 3 years plus experience in general accounting/bookkeeping principals
  • Well versed in QuickBooks accounting software
  • Attention to detail
  • Good attitude is key!

Responsibilities

  • Transaction recording of daily debits, credits, and transactions to the general ledger
  • Reconcile bank accounts
  • Managing accounts payable/receivables, invoices and sales
  • General monthly financial reporting (P&Ls, Balance Sheets, etc.)
