We are seeking a part-time bookkeeper with expertise in Accounts Receivables and QuickBooks Online. The role involves managing invoice collections, reconciling bank transactions, and utilizing HousecallPro software to track payment statuses. This position offers flexibility with remote work options after an initial training period.

Monitor invoice aging and send invoice reminders.
Resolve collection issues, including calling customers to address invoice problems.
Match, classify, and reconcile bank transaction records in QuickBooks.
Review invoices and payment status using Housecall Pro.
Classify credit card transactions in Ramp.

Experience using QuickBooks Online, including bank account reconciliations and understanding of invoices and payments.
Basic understanding of double entry accounting and journal entries in QBO.
Familiarity with Housecall Pro for managing invoices and payments.
Strong customer service skills, comfortable speaking to customers on the phone.

Knowledge of HousecallPro software.

Flexible work hours after initial training period.
