About The Position

We are seeking a part-time Bookkeeper to manage our financial records and ensure accurate bookkeeping practices. The ideal candidate will have experience with QuickBooks and payroll processing, and will work approximately 12-15 hours per week.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and payroll processing.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with tax preparation and filing.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Responsibilities

  • Manage financial transactions and maintain accurate records using QuickBooks.
  • Process payroll for employees in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial data is accurate.
  • Prepare financial reports as needed for management review.
