Requirements

  • Strong skill set in collections
  • Extraordinary positive attitude
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent problem solving/resolution skills
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven and motivated with the ability to work well with a team
  • Strong Computer skills including Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Ability to handle account information in a respectful and confidential manner

Responsibilities

  • Answering and directing phone calls, handling emails and general inquiries
  • Ability to multi-task and use time wisely and efficiently
  • Processing and assigning financial assistance to accounts
  • Collecting account balances and keeping accurate and up to date record keeping
  • Provide high level of quality customer service in person as well as over the phone
  • Data entry including registration forms, account adjustments and bank and credit card draft scheduling
  • Support administrative tasks as needed
