Requirements

  • Certified Bookkeeper or similar certification preferred.
  • 3+ years of directly related bookkeeping experience.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, and Quicken.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients effectively.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with high-net-worth individuals.
  • Familiarity with financial concierge services.

Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable for multiple clients.
  • Perform online and offline bill payments and account reconciliations.
  • Generate month-end client reports and journal entries.
  • Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Quicken.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to high-net-worth individuals and seniors.
