About The Position

BKS-2 is an operator-first role. Run toward the fire. Take ownership of broken or manual processes. Fix issues immediately, even with temporary solutions. Support bookings, service, and client experience in real time. Then help translate those realities into scalable systems inside Zoho. This role is ideal for someone who treats the business like their own and is comfortable operating in a fast-moving, evolving small-business environment. Skyline Wealth Strategies is a high-touch, client-first wealth management platform serving high-net-worth and multigenerational families. We operate with a private-family-office mindset, delivering: White-glove client experience, Disciplined execution, Lifetime relationships. As a private-equity-backed platform, Skyline is building scalable systems to support both organic growth and future M&A. During this phase, we need operators who can execute today and help build tomorrow. Supports live bookings and service operations. Owns service ticketing, data accuracy, and workflow execution. Acts as first responder for system, portal, and CRM issues. Implements short-term fixes while longer-term systems are built. Partners with LevelUp Tech to translate real operational needs into Zoho solutions. This role is hands-on, tactical, and operational.

Requirements

  • Experience in a small business or scaling environment
  • Exposure to CRM systems, service ticketing, or client portals (Zoho preferred)
  • Background in operations, systems, or business analyst roles
  • Strong comfort with data accuracy, process execution, and client-impacting workflows
  • High accountability and ownership mindset

Responsibilities

  • Support daily bookings and service execution
  • Resolve live issues related to scheduling, service requests, client communications, and portal access
  • Assist BKS-1 in keeping calendars, service queues, and follow-ups moving
  • Treat service and bookings as mission-critical workflows
  • Own the service intake and ticketing process
  • Ensure requests are logged correctly, routed properly, and tracked to resolution
  • Step in to resolve tickets directly when needed
  • Build temporary workflows where systems are incomplete
  • Maintain clean client data tied to service and bookings
  • Support portal access, troubleshooting, and data updates
  • Ensure accuracy between CRM, portal, and service workflows
  • Identify and fix data gaps immediately, even if manual
  • Work hands-on inside Zoho CRM and related tools
  • Implement interim solutions, manual-to-system transitions, and stop-gap processes
  • Partner with LevelUp Tech to document requirements and convert pain into system logic
  • Treat the business like it is your own
  • Take responsibility for what breaks, what’s unclear, and what’s missing
  • Escalate thoughtfully, but act decisively
  • Prioritize client experience over perfect systems
