The position involves collaborating with the show's Executive Producer and team to identify top-tier guests for broadcast. The role requires conducting guest research and outreach, supporting the team in booking relevant on-air guests for appearances and interviews, and developing strong relationships with newsmakers, experts, elected and appointed officials, publicists, press secretaries, communications directors, agents, managers, and celebrities. The individual will represent the network as the primary point of contact for guests and their representatives, conduct pre-interviews and guest vetting, confirm interview logistics, provide guests with interview topics, and communicate on-air appearance requirements. Additionally, the role includes securing exclusive interviews and content with newsmaker guests, identifying new and emerging voices as subject matter experts, pitching guest ideas to the production team, and ensuring that guests align with the quality consistent with the Newsmax brand.
