HomeSafe Alliance is the single global household goods movement manager of over 300,000 Military Household Goods moves per year for USTRANSCOM and the U.S. Armed Forces, Department of Defense civilians, U.S. Coast Guard, and their families. As a Booking Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth coordination of these transfers, acting as the liaison between agents, haulers, customers, and various departments involved in the movement of military members' household goods. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from home while being equipped with the necessary tools provided by HomeSafe. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inquiries and concerns from both external and internal partners, ensuring that all communications are handled promptly and efficiently. You will need to organize workflows to meet timeframes, keep detailed records of interactions, and provide feedback on the efficiency of the household goods moving process. Your ability to communicate effectively and coordinate with various departments will be essential in improving the overall customer experience during relocations.
