About The Position
As a Bookbinder is a part of our production team that expertly translates production requirements into visually appealing and functional products. You will maintain a high level of quality, operate, and control a bindery stitcher or perfect binder safely, fulfilling production requirements while following proper procedural guidelines. You have the responsibility and authority to direct all activities of Technicians assigned to the machine for the day, including job duty review, training of new employees, and ensuring that all job requirements are met.
