About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to manage financial records related to our property portfolio. The ideal candidate will have experience in bookkeeping, property management accounting, and be proficient in using spreadsheets for data management and reconciliation tasks. Full Time, Monday-Friday, 830am-5pm

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper, preferably with property management experience.
  • Strong proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
  • Ability to perform account reconciliations efficiently.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and property-related financial processes.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain spreadsheets to track income, expenses, and other financial data.
  • Perform regular reconciliation of accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and statements as required.
  • Coordinate with property managers and other stakeholders to gather necessary financial information.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
