About The Position

Carle Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our Bone Health Clinic in Bloomington, Illinois. This is a 0.6 FTE position with a typical schedule of Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, allowing for flexibility to work three days per week. There are no weekend or holiday shifts required. The primary focus will be in our outpatient Bone Health and Osteoporosis Clinic, with opportunities for new service line development alongside a collaborative team that includes Primary Care, Orthopedics, and Rheumatology.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in physician assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
• Current Illinois physician assistant or nurse practitioner licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in the outpatient Bone Health and Osteoporosis Clinic.
• Collaborate with a team including Primary Care, Orthopedics, and Rheumatology.
• Participate in new service line development.
