About The Position

The Bond Sr. Inspector is responsible for performing inspection of assemblies and detail parts to ensure compliance with applicable drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements. The role requires a keen eye for defect identification and the ability to document discrepancies according to established procedures. The inspector will work from engineering drawings, blueprints, quality procedures, manufacturing specifications, operation and work sheets, electronic data, and verbal instructions. A thorough understanding of First Article Inspections is essential. The position involves the use of precision measuring instruments such as ball gauges, height gauges, dial indicators, calipers, pana-metrics (electronic thickness tester), and micrometers to perform assigned quality tasks. Proficiency in computer applications including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and PDF is also required.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen or a Permanent resident per ITAR guidelines.
• 3 to 5 years of experience required.
• This position is 100% onsite.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance of First Article Inspections.

• Maintain computer literacy with skills in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, PDF, etc.
