About The Position

Cedar Park Group is hiring a Boiler Maker (Boilermaker) to construct, assemble, maintain, and repair stationary steam boilers and boiler house auxiliaries. Work includes aligning and assembling boiler frame tanks/vats from blueprints, supporting vessel testing, directing boiler/furnace cleaning, and inspecting/repairing boiler fittings and auxiliary equipment. Schedule/shift: 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday–Friday Job Type: Full-time, 2-year contract Responsibilities Construct, assemble, maintain, and repair stationary steam boilers and boiler house auxiliaries. Align structures or plate sections to assemble boiler frame tanks or vats per blueprints. Use hand/power tools, plumb bobs, levels, wedges, dogs, and turnbuckles. Assist in testing assembled vessels. Direct cleaning of boilers and boiler furnaces. Inspect and repair boiler fittings (safety valves, regulators, automatic controls, water columns) and auxiliary machines. Qualifications At least 5 years of experience with stationary steam boilers and boiler house auxiliary systems. Ability to read blueprints and perform alignment/assembly work. Proficient with related hand/power tools and leveling/measuring equipment. Requirements
