About The Position
The position involves repairing or replacing defective pressure vessel parts, such as safety valves or regulators, and includes demolition and structural fitting tasks. The employee will be responsible for attaching rigging and signaling crane or hoist operators to lift heavy frame and plate sections or other parts into place. Additionally, the role requires studying blueprints to determine locations, relationships, or dimensions of parts, following directions from supervisors, and performing other duties as assigned.
