Requirements

• Hands-on experience with boiler systems (1+ years welcome; more experienced candidates also encouraged).
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for boiler and mechanical equipment.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and motivated to learn advanced boiler work.
• Ability to thrive in a family-owned company with a focus on team support and growth.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair boiler systems and related mechanical equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and service on boilers for commercial and industrial clients.
• Work safely and efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and reliable service.
• Participate in on-call rotation (approximately every 5 to 6 weeks) as needed.
