The Role: Blue Valley Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is growing fast, and we’re looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician with strong boiler expertise to join our team. Requirements

3+ years as an HVAC Service Technician
Boiler experience required (diagnostics, repair, and maintenance)
Valid driver’s license
Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
EPA certification (NATE certification a plus)
Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team

Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and maintain boilers, furnaces, heat pumps, AC systems, and hydronic systems
Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate clearly with homeowners
Perform comprehensive system evaluations and recommend solutions
Follow all safety standards and company procedures
Participate in ongoing professional training and development
