The Role: Blue Valley Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is growing fast, and we’re looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician with strong boiler expertise to join our team. Requirements

  • 3+ years as an HVAC Service Technician
  • Boiler experience required (diagnostics, repair, and maintenance)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
  • EPA certification (NATE certification a plus)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team

  • NATE certification a plus

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain boilers, furnaces, heat pumps, AC systems, and hydronic systems
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate clearly with homeowners
  • Perform comprehensive system evaluations and recommend solutions
  • Follow all safety standards and company procedures
  • Participate in ongoing professional training and development
