As a Preventative Maintenance Technician at TEAL, you will be responsible for maintaining boiler systems and associated equipment, repairing or replacing malfunctioning components, enforcing and following safety protocols, and building and maintaining solid relationships with our customers. You will perform routine boiler and pump preventative maintenance, conduct analysis of proprietary Teal operating systems, electrical systems, and Raypak controls, and evaluate, diagnose, and adjust natural gas/propane pressures. Additionally, you will perform combustion analysis on boilers, conduct routine inspections, maintain cleanliness of the boiler room, read blueprints and wiring diagrams, and troubleshoot electrical systems. The role requires a high level of customer service and the ability to work independently while managing multiple projects under deadlines.
