Requirements

5 years’ experience in Boiler Repair
Strong knowledge of electrical systems.
CFC Certified
Ability to read commercial wiring schematics.
Ability to lift 50 lbs independently and use power & hand tools.
Work in outside conditions and in tight spaces.
Use of ladders for roof access.

Responsibilities

Service & installation of commercial domestic hot water systems including but not limited to; Commercial water heaters Commercial domestic boilers, holding tanks & controls. Tankless water heaters & combo units. Circulating pumps
Service & installation of commercial heating/cooling systems including but not limited to; Hot water & steam heating boilers. Forced air & air conditioning units. Heat pumps. Chilling towers.
