Requirements
- Valid plumbing license or certification (state-specific).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential plumbing, with a focus on boiler systems.
- Proven track record in boiler service and sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable with sales presentations and closing techniques.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with high-efficiency boiler systems and smart home integrations.
- Familiarity with CRM or service management software such as Service Titan or similar.
- EPA certification or HVAC experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on residential boiler systems.
- Conduct thorough inspections and provide detailed assessments to homeowners.
- Recommend and sell boiler replacements and upgrades based on customer needs and system condition.
- Install new boiler systems in compliance with local codes and manufacturer specifications.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build trust with homeowners.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, sales, and installations.
- Stay current with industry trends, products, and technologies.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
