Requirements

Electrical troubleshooting skills are a must.
Previous experience with commercial and industrial boilers and systems.
Proven track record of servicing and replacing boiler systems.
Ability to handle a physical workload in demanding environments.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Strong communication skills, professional appearance, and customer-focused attitude.
Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

Service, repair, and replace commercial and industrial boiler systems.
Perform inspections, equipment repairs, and system startups.
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
Adhere to all company and industry safety policies and procedures.
Ensure efficient use of materials and maintain proper inventory.
Keep company vehicle and equipment clean, serviced, and in proper working order.
Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required.
Perform other duties as needed, including cross-training in related positions.
