About The Position

We are currently seeking a Boiler Service Technician to join our expanding team. This position is crucial as it involves servicing, troubleshooting, repairing, cleaning, and maintaining heating and cooling equipment and related systems for our commercial and industrial customers. With over 50 years of industry leadership in the Mid-Atlantic Region, ACI is committed to providing a supportive work environment that fosters professional growth and development. The Boiler Service Technician will be responsible for a variety of essential functions. This includes servicing boilers and equipment for commercial and industrial clients, troubleshooting and testing heating systems, and performing preventative maintenance. The technician will also conduct site surveys, prepare for on-site installations, and document all work performed. Attention to detail and the ability to anticipate challenges are key components of this role, as is the ability to work independently and follow both written and oral instructions. In addition to technical skills, the ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to multi-task effectively. The work environment can vary significantly, with technicians often working in both indoor and outdoor settings, sometimes in inclement weather. Physical demands include the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work at heights, and navigate confined spaces.
