We put you first: Starting rate for Boiler Operator $33.28 up to $36.81 with license within a year Schedule: Must be available for rotating shifts & overtime as needed Boot and/or tool allowance Telemedicine, Group insurance Financial Benefits: Profit Sharing Plan, Retirement Plan with company matching, Stock Options & Annual flexible reimbursement program Employee assistance program (because we care about the physical and mental health of our people) Develop your talents by applying your expertise within our facility in Ashland, as the Boiler Operator : Follow all safety rules and standard operational procedures Monitor and inspect equipment, alarms, safety devices, and meters to detect leaks or malfunctions and to ensure that equipment is operating efficiently and safely Observe and interpret readings on gauges, meters, and charts registering various aspects of boiler operation Analyze problems and take appropriate action to ensure continuous and reliable operation of the boiler/powerhouse Attend and participate in daily crew meetings There's nobody quite like you! Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent and 3-5 years related experience required
  • Must show a commitment to an interdependent safety-first attitude
  • Consistently display positive behavior that supports the organization’s goals and objectives
  • Must be mechanically inclined and understand mechanical principles
  • This job entails bending, walking, lifting, and climbing throughout the shift
  • Ability to work independently and in a team empowerment culture
  • Highly flexible with the ability to adjust to the demands of the job, produce high quality work, and can be dependent on to complete assigned tasks.
  • Must be a self-starter
  • Ability to communicate well with others and able to participate in team meetings

Nice To Haves

  • Boiler license is ideal for position, or 3-5 years of related boiler experience
  • Manufacturing experience and boiler operation experience and consistent work history preferred

Responsibilities
