About The Position

Eagleville Hospital, a leading provider of substance use and behavioral health treatment for over a century, is seeking a Boiler Operator to join our team. This role ensures the safe and continuous operation of our facility's boilers, electrical, and mechanical equipment to support patient care.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in boiler operations or facility maintenance
• Knowledge of boilers, fuel systems, HVAC, electrical, and power distribution
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and perform minor plumbing and carpentry repairs
• Must be able to work in high-temperature environments and lift 50-100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain boiler systems, including pressure, temperature, and water levels
• Perform repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Conduct safety inspections and routine maintenance
• Maintain tools, equipment, and supplies in safe working condition
• Provide emergency on-call services as needed
