Requirements

• 3+ years of estimating experience (mechanical, HVAC, or boiler preferred)
• Hands-on experience with boiler systems (installation, repair, maintenance)
• Knowledge of oil, gas, and/or dual-fuel systems
• Experience with piping, welding, and mechanical systems
• Familiarity with ASME and NBIC codes
• OSHA certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site inspections of commercial and industrial boiler systems
• Prepare detailed cost estimates (labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors)
• Review blueprints, mechanical drawings, and specifications
• Identify code requirements, safety risks, and project scope details
• Work closely with project managers, technicians, and customers
• Support proposal development and project planning
