About The Position

BOH Openers play a vital role in preparing our kitchen for the day by ensuring equipment, prep areas, and stations are stocked, clean, and ready to produce high-quality food safely and efficiently from the moment we open. Requirements

Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 lbs
Flexible availability, with commitment to early morning shifts
Cheerful, positive attitude with a servant-hearted mindset

Responsibilities

Arrive on time and consistently prepared for 5:00 AM opening shifts
Set up kitchen stations and equipment for the day (breading, prep, cooking, assembling)
Stock inventory and prepare ingredients for peak service hours
Perform food safety checks and follow all Chick-fil-A quality standards
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment
Complete opening and prep tasks with accuracy and urgency
Support teammates and communicate effectively with leadership and FOH team
