About The Position

Chick-fil-A Glenwood Place is looking for a motivated and dependable Back of House (BOH) Shift Lead to join our leadership team! As a Shift Lead, you will play a key role in creating a positive work environment, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring that our team delivers quality food with speed, accuracy, and care. Requirements

Prior kitchen or food service leadership experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment
Flexible availability (early mornings, evenings, weekends as needed)

Responsibilities

Lead BOH team members during assigned shifts to ensure smooth operations
Model and maintain Chick-fil-A's high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and organization
Support and coach team members to maximize performance and teamwork
Monitor food preparation, portioning, and kitchen flow to meet demand and uphold quality
Communicate clearly with the Front of House (FOH) team to ensure timely service
Assist with opening/closing responsibilities as scheduled
Uphold and enforce safety and sanitation standards in compliance with Chick-fil-A policies
