BOH LEAD SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)
About The Position
Morrison Living is hiring immediately for a full time BOH LEAD SUPERVISOR position. Location: Clermont Park - 2479 South Clermont Street, Denver, CO 80222. Schedule: Full time schedule; Tuesday through Saturday, 11:00 am to 7:30 pm. More details upon interview. Requirement: Prior cooking experience in a commercial kitchen is required. Perks: Free shift meal, uniform provided, benefits, and PTO! Pay Range: $22.00 per hour to $26.00 per hour. Requirements
- Prior cooking experience in a commercial kitchen is required.
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Assists in ordering and keeping inventory of products.
- Maintains product cost and labor cost according to budget.
- Supervises and trains hourly staff to ensure policy and procedures are implemented.
- Maintains consistent, efficient service during peak hours.
- Follows principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
