BOH Director
About The Position

As a Leader, you will prepare workstations, cooking ingredients, and kitchen equipment for cooking, ensuring our customers are delighted with delicious food from our menu. Requirements
- Prior experience with Chick-fil-A is highly recommended.
- Skilled in operating kitchen equipment and various cooking techniques.
- Knowledge of and adherence to food safety procedures.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, act quickly, and hold at least a high school diploma.
- Be able to use word documents
- Must have flexible schedule
- Must be comfortable with technology
- Must be able to work Friday and Saturdays both AM & PM shifts
- Be able to lift items over 40lbs
- be able to stand on feet for long periods of time
- Be able to work all positions such as machines, breading, specials, fries, prep, etc.
- Bilingual is highly encouraged
Responsibilities
- Preparing workstations, cooking ingredients, and kitchen equipment for cooking.
- Cooking and arranging food.
- Maintaining a sanitized and well-organized kitchen.
- Checking the quality of ingredients and managing food storage.
- Arranging food for appealing presentation.
- Train Team
- Hold Team to standards
- Own the back of house team and environment
- Oversee catering orders
- Hire Team Members
- Evaluate Team Members
- Oversee Labor, Food, and Equipment costs
- Take full ownership of BOH
