About The Position

The BOH Crew is an essential member of the kitchen team, supporting smooth operations through dishwashing, food prep, and maintaining a clean, safe environment. This role contributes to both back-of-house and front-of-house cleanliness, ensuring guests enjoy a seamless dining experience. As a tip-eligible, crew-level position, the BOH Crew plays a critical role in the success of the restaurant's daily operations.

Requirements

  • Previous restaurant, kitchen, or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to cleanliness.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment in compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Assist with basic food preparation as directed by kitchen leadership.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in BOH areas, including prep, storage, and dish areas.
  • Support FOH by assisting with trash, bussing, and overall dining room cleanliness as needed.
  • Remove trash and recycling to ensure safe and sanitary conditions.
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with BOH and FOH team members to support smooth operations.
  • Uphold Olive & Finch service standards and brand values at all times.
