About The Position

The Boeing 757 First Officer at New Pacific Airlines is responsible for the safe operation of company aircraft, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies. This role involves shared responsibility for the safety of all onboard once the aircraft doors are closed, reporting directly to the captain. The First Officer will also serve as an instructor as needed, contributing to the growth of the airline as a startup. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must meet Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) minimums specified in 14 CFR Part 61.
• Minimum of 1,500 hours of total documented flight time.
• Experience as a First Officer with a minimum of 1,000 hours of FAA 121 experience on aircraft such as B737, A320, or larger is preferred.
• Valid First-Class Medical certification.
• No record of FAA ‘Certificate Action' or ‘Administrative Action' within the prior 24 months.
• Valid passport and ability to travel internationally.
• Ability to lift and maneuver 20 lbs. regularly, and up to 65 lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions.
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to Safety Management Systems (SMS).
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug test.
• Fluency in English (speak, read, write, understand).
• Eligibility to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safe operation of company aircraft in accordance with regulations and established policies.
• Accept shared responsibility for the safety of all crewmembers, passengers, and cargo once the aircraft doors are closed.
• Report to the captain and execute each flight safely and efficiently.
• Serve as an instructor as required by the company.
• Uphold safety by adhering to the Code of Federal Regulations (CFRs) and company manuals.
• Act with integrity in following established regulations and policies.
• Engage in company initiatives to provide high customer service and a positive flying experience.
• Ensure the aircraft is equipped with all required systems and components before flights.
• Demonstrate commitment through courteous interactions with customers and colleagues.
