Requirements

  • Technical/trade school education or 2+ years of body shop experience
  • I-CAR certification (steel/aluminum preferred)
  • Ability to work on multiple vehicle types
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and craftsmanship
  • A results-driven mindset and team-first attitude
  • Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

  • Perform high-quality body repairs on a variety of makes and models
  • Work efficiently using modern tools and equipment
  • Stay productive in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with a strong team to meet cycle-time and quality goals
  • Deliver repairs that exceed customer and insurance expectations
