Requirements

  • Technical/trade school degree or at least 2 years of body shop repair experience
  • I-CAR certified; Steel and Aluminum certification preferred
  • Ability to repair multiple makes and models
  • Comfortable operating various vehicles, including manual transmissions
  • Strong manual dexterity, good judgement, and safe tool operation
  • Highly productive with a strong results focus
  • Valid driver’s license meeting insurability standards
  • Highly organized and efficient in workspace and workflow

Nice To Haves

  • I-CAR certified; Steel and Aluminum certification preferred
