Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a body or collision repair technician
- Proficiency in dent repair , body panel replacement , and metalwork
- Ability to use frame machines, welders, and body tools safely and correctly
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing clean, high-quality work
- Excellent work ethic, dependability, and team-first attitude
Nice To Haves
- I-CAR or OEM certification a plus (but not required)
Responsibilities
- Perform auto body repairs including panel replacement, metal straightening, body filling, and refinishing preparation
- Repair or replace damaged vehicle parts according to factory and insurance standards
- Conduct frame and structural repairs using proper measuring equipment and alignment tools
- Ensure repairs meet OEM specifications and safety guidelines
- Work efficiently to meet production goals without compromising quality
- Collaborate with estimators, painters, and other shop staff to ensure smooth workflow
