Requirements

• Proven experience as a Body Shop Technician.
• Strong mechanical and body troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication abilities and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing your time effectively.
• A passion for learning and staying updated with the latest industry innovations.

Nice To Haves

• Painting experience a plus!

Responsibilities

• Evaluates damage to trucks and partners with the estimator to determine the cost of repairs.
• Provide top-notch customer service with a smile, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied and confident in our work.
• Realigns damaged vehicle structures, eliminates dents, and installs new parts when repairs aren't possible.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team to achieve common goals and share knowledge.
• Repairs fiberglass parts, hoods, cab extenders and air shields.
