Priority Ford’s Body Shop in Norfolk is looking for an experienced Body Shop Technician who takes pride in quality repairs and wants to be part of a top-performing team. If you’re motivated, skilled, and ready to work in a busy, well-equipped shop , we want to talk to you.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a collision/ body shop technician
• Ability to read and follow repair plans
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
• We are a drug free workplace.

Nice To Haves

• Welding, frame, or structural repair experience a plus
• Team-oriented attitude and dependability

Responsibilities

• Perform structural, mechanical, and cosmetic collision repairs
• Disassemble and reassemble vehicles according to repair plans
• Work closely with estimators, painters, and other technician s
• Ensure all repairs meet OEM and safety standards
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace
