The Cadillac Collision Center at Cadillac of New Orleans is committed to precision craftsmanship and exceptional customer service. Our team repairs vehicles in accordance with OEM standards while preserving the safety, performance, and quality Cadillac owners expect.
Requirements
- Professional collision repair experience (OEM dealership experience preferred)
- Proficiency in structural, frame, and body repair techniques
- I-CAR certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must successfully complete an MVR, background check, physical, and drug screening
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
Nice To Haves
- OEM dealership experience
- I-CAR certification
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality collision repairs on Cadillac vehicles and other makes and models
- Disassemble and reassemble damaged vehicles with accuracy and attention to detail
- Collaborate with estimators to identify repair needs and hidden damage
- Utilize OEM parts and follow manufacturer repair procedures
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Ensure all repairs meet or exceed manufacturer and industry standards
