Your day as a BodY Shop Technician As a Full-Time Body Shop Technician at Fox CDJR Taylor, your role will involve repairing vehicles according to estimates and adhering to manufacturer standards, ensuring the highest quality of workmanship. You will prepare vehicles for body repair work, demonstrating your attention to detail and commitment to excellence. Effective communication is essential; you will notify management of any additional repairs needed and any challenges that may arise, potentially impacting the quality of the job or the promised completion time. Requirements

Solid foundation in automotive repair
One-year certificate from a college or technical school, or three to six months of relevant experience and training
Proficiency in the use of body shop tools and equipment
Ability to read and interpret repair estimates and manufacturer guidelines
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Effective communication skills
Commitment to safety and quality workmanship

Responsibilities
