Job Summary: The Experienced Body Shop Technician will be responsible for repairing damage to vehicles by utilizing various tools and equipment. This individual will play a critical role in delivering top-notch services to our customers and ensuring that all repairs are completed accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years experience as a Body Shop Technician
Strong knowledge and skill in auto body repair techniques
Familiarity with various tools and equipment used in auto body repair
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

Perform body repairs on damaged vehicles according to manufacturer specifications
Inspect vehicles for additional damages and communicate findings to the appropriate parties
Use various tools and equipment to remove dents, fix scratches, and replace damaged parts
Collaborate with other team members to complete repair projects on time
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Continuously learn and stay updated on new technology and techniques in the auto body repair industry
