About The Position

Team Automotive Group is growing and looking for skilled Body Shop Technicians to join our team! This is your chance to work in a fast-paced, supportive environment where quality craftsmanship and teamwork are valued.

Requirements

  • Experience in auto body repair or refinishing (entry-level and experienced techs welcome)
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Additional technical training in automotive repair or body shop work is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in an automotive body shop environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully completing vehicle body repairs and refinishing tasks.
  • Proficient in using body shop tools and equipment, including sanders, welders, and paint sprayers.
  • Strong understanding of automotive repair techniques and vehicle structural components.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and repair instructions.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve body repair issues.
  • Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with team members and provide updates to supervisors.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Perform high-quality repairs on vehicle bodies, panels, and frames
  • Refinish and paint vehicles to restore them to factory condition
  • Collaborate with service advisors and other technicians to meet deadlines
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace while following company standards
  • Stay current with industry best practices and training
