Requirements

• Proven experience as a Body Shop Technician or similar role
• Strong knowledge of automotive body repair techniques and tools
• Ability to read and interpret repair manuals and technical diagrams
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

Nice To Haves

• Certification from an accredited automotive body repair program is preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform collision repairs, including body panel replacement, dent removal, and frame straightening
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to assess vehicle damage and determine repair procedures
• Follow manufacturer specifications and safety standards to ensure quality workmanship
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding repair progress and timelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
• Complete all repairs within the flat rate time guidelines, ensuring productivity and profitability
